We are looking for a Senior Social and Environmental Compliance Specialist to join our company, Fateks Giyim, a leading manufacturer and exporter of jerseywear garments for globally recognized brands.
Job Description
- Managing company-wide social compliance, environmental and sustainability processes,
- Overseeing traceability management — Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of supply chain activities.
- Handling certification processes — Oversee and coordinate compliance with international standards such as GOTS, GRS, OCS,..
- Ensure successful execution of third-party and client Social audits to maintain compliance with international standards (Sedex / SMETA, BSCI..)
- Track, implement, and close CAPs to address audit findings and drive continuous improvement.
- Using carbon footprint tools — Apply measurement and reduction tools to monitor environmental impact, work closely with clients and suppy chain stakeholders.
- Monitoring, reporting, and contributing to the improvement of ESG performance processes,
- Collaborating with internal peers to ensure the effective execution of sustainability and compliance processes,
- Supporting training and awareness activities related to social compliance and CSR topics,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of textile industry experience with proven expertise in textiles industry
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with international stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in social compliance, supply chain traceability, environmental management, and certification schemes
- Knowledge of labor and environmental legislation
- Proficiency in MS Office applications for reporting, documentation, and data analysis.
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Innovative and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with internal teams, auditors, and external partners.
