Finance Specialist

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily banking and cash flow operations, corporate credit processes, foreign currency transactions, and Letter of Credit (LC) operations while ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily banking operations, including payment orders, fund transfers, cash flow planning, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage the end-to-end corporate credit process, including loan applications, documentation, disbursement, credit utilization, and repayment scheduling.
• Execute and follow up on transactions related to the Central Bank FX Conversion Support mechanism and İBKB (Export Proceeds Acceptance Certificate), ensuring accurate utilization, documentation, and reporting.
• Prepare financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and credit utilization summaries and present them to senior management.
• Monitor foreign currency transactions, credit limits, and debt servicing processes to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures.
• Manage all Letter of Credit (LC) processes, including issuance, amendments, negotiation, documentation, and settlement of import and export LCs.
• Ensure LC transactions are conducted in compliance with UCP 600 rules, while minimizing operational and counterparty risks.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with banks, financial institutions, and relevant internal departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in finance, treasury, banking operations, or a related field.
• Experience in banking transactions, corporate loans, cash flow management, and foreign currency operations.
• Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) processes and UCP 600 rules is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, and result-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
