As the Finance and Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s finance and accounting operations, developing financial strategies, managing budgeting and reporting processes, conducting financial analyses, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and commercial regulations.

You will play an active role in financial planning and decision-making, ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and sustainability of the company’s financial processes. You will also lead the management and development of the finance and accounting team and work closely with senior management to support the company’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of general accounting, cost accounting, balance sheets, financial statements, accounting standards, tax regulations, commercial law, and other relevant legislation.
• Strong knowledge of digital accounting and finance systems, particularly E-Invoice and E-Ledger, with a commitment to staying up to date with regulatory and industry developments.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, preferably in corporate environments, audit firms, CPA/SMMM firms, or similar financial functions.
• Proven experience in finance and accounting team management, planning, organization, and coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good command of other Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced level of English proficiency; native-level fluency is an advantage.
• Completion of military service for male candidates.
• No restrictions on business travel.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes.
• Prepare, monitor, and analyse annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements.
• Conduct financial and risk analyses and provide recommendations for necessary actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax, commercial, and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate tax filings, statutory notifications, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate annual independent audit processes and act as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and internal control processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting systems, and operational efficiency.
• Manage, develop, and monitor the performance of the finance and accounting team.
• Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and advisors.
