Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a self-motivated and process-oriented experienced engineer to join our West Blacksea team as a Maintenance Manager who will mainly be responsible for providing equipment availability, ensuring the maintenance and safety processes are in line with the procedures.

This is a Duzce based position. Directly reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be tracking and reporting general maintenance activities of the facility, and besides leading a team of engineering technicians. If you have trust in your technical skills with your supervisory capabilities, then you might be a good fit for this role. Do not hesitate to apply!

Who we are loooking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proven experience in planning maintenance operations in a managerial role
• Advanced SAP knowledge
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of electrical systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with organizational and leadership abilities
• Project Management Certification is a plus
• Fluency both in Turkish and English

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Check utility (electric, pneumatic etc.) systems of buildings to ensure functionality
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
• Manage investment and capex activities
• Manage spare parts purchasing and stock keeping
• Set and follow up planning maintenance activities
• Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Develop continuous improvement activities
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Ensure the compliance of health and safety policies
