Legal Counsel

We are looking for a teammate with the following qualifications to work as a “Legal Counsel' for our Company’s Legal department, which operates in the food sector with 100% Italian capital.
 

• University degree from reputable Law Faculty (Master degree is an asset) .
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a large reputable law firm or at a multinational company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, presentation and negotiation skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Good level of knowledge in fields of commercial law, civil law,  antitrust law.
• Military service completed for male applicants.
• Strong ability to research and follow-up, strong analysis and reporting skills

İŞ TANIMI

• Inform Head of Legal on matters of legal concern and key corporate, contractual, regulatory and commercial matters and disputes in  subsidiaries, continues reporting concerning day to day matters
• Reviewing and drafting contracts especially (operational contracts, real estate, sale of goods, services, warehousing, marketing…), policies and other legal documents from vendors, customers and other third parties ensuring compliance with local law requirements and Group policies
• Preparing and reviewing corporate governance documents
• Liaise with external legal firms and where necessary to negotiate with regulatory authorities and all other commercial partners
• Perceive the impact on the business deriving from the changes in law and recommend the appropriate changes/actions.
• Provide legal support and advice to the business on all aspects of law.
