As a Trade Marketing Revenue & Trade Manager, you will play a crucial role by leading the Value Maneuver agenda and optimizing the 5 levers of Revenue Management. This involves ensuring a deep understanding of the local business and priorities, in full synchronization with Ferrero guidelines. Your Responsibilities:

• Collect elements from various sources demonstrating how store activities (assortment visibility, planogram compliance, cut prices, promos, price changes, etc.) have been implemented.
• Create, share, and align with relevant stakeholders to maintain the Company Calendar containing all commercial deadlines and related implications, ensuring all deadlines with customers are respected.
• Develop the company dashboard to monitor main commercial figures (e.g., sell-out market data, market share, competitor trends, distribution, etc.) to support business understanding and decision-making.
• Support the creation of selling arguments by providing trade margin-related analysis and recommendations.
• Perform a final check on all offers/presentations to customers to ensure content aligns with requirements and contracts.
• Responsible for the development and follow-up of all policies related to commercial processes, including the follow-up of GRC implementation status.
• Ensure customer contract counterparts are set according to Ferrero Policies and SMART practice.
• Coordinate the value maneuver process in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Area R&TM.
• Monitor promotion strategy and embed pre and post-promo ROI analysis within business processes.
• Ensure Trade Spend Management and Commercial Processes compliance with the commercial policy and the adoption of commercial processes, systems, and reporting requirements.
