QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree from Engineering Departments,
• 1-3 years previous experience in Technoparks and R&D centers incentives and grants management, portals reporting and management,
• Detail-oriented combined with strong analytical skills and project management experience,
• Strong organizational, planning and reporting skills,
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word),
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (in both English and Turkish),
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment,

The following are not required but are a plus:

• Previous experience in EU H2020, ERA-NET, TUBITAK-TEYDEB, KAMAG, Kalkınma Ajansları, KOSGEB programs, including an understanding of grant-making requirements and processes
• Experience in automotive sector
• Experience in intellectual property rights management and patent applications,
• Licensed and active driver,
• Flexible for short national and international trips, 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordination with Technoparks and preparation of periodic reports,
• Developing new R&D projects for Technoparks
• Managing and supporting the grants, incentives and tax exemptions and implementation for the organization,
• Keep the relevant staff informed about upcoming deadlines and deliverables, thereby ensuring smooth completion of work responsibilities,
• Monitor paperwork and other related documents connected with grant-funded programs, incentives and tax exemptions
• Maintain records of all payments and receivables and prepare monthly records for all R&D incentives related activities
