Qualifications

• Graduated from related departments of universities
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting and cost accounting in Free Zone companies
• Knowledge of tax legislation and Free Zone regulations
• Proficient in using MS Office programs
• Knowledge of Logo Tiger (preferably)
• Fluent in English
• Ability to cooperate and communicate effectively with all colleagues
• High level of planning and organizing skills, proactive thinking and detail-oriented

Job Description

• Controlling and recording invoices of sale and purchase
• Accounting for import and export documents
• Creating and controlling accounting records to ensure accurate, consistent and timely reporting
• Creating cost accounting records to Logo Tiger program
• Stock tracking and reporting
• Full implementation of Free Zone regulations
• Execution of E-Invoice, E-Archive and E-Ledger processes 
• Supporting the declaration processes 
• Performing month-end closing procedures 
• Preparing of payment lists 
• Execution of the official ledger processes of the company
