Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economy, or related disciplines from reputable universities. (Engineering graduate candidates who wants to build a career in Recruitment are also accepted.)
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Advanced planning, organization, and analyzing skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent command of English both written and verbal.
• Good knowledge and user experience in MS Office Applications. 
• At least one internship experience in a global company's HR / People & Culture / Talent Acquisition / Recruitment departments.

Job Description

• Provide support to the  full life cycle of the recruitment process from the opening of position requisition through candidate on-boarding, focusing on supporting our Talent Acquisition Team.
• Supporting design and execute strategies with innovative sourcing methods to improving database.
• Supporting university clubs and project teams collaboration and project studentship/internships programs; managing this collaboration processes in short term, according to candidate's personnel development and interest.
• Actively playing role in all Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding projects and activities
