Sales & Marketing Specialist

* Bachelor’s degree from relevant university departments
* Proficient in English (excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills)
* Proven experience in sales and marketing
* Preferably experienced in the iron, metal, stainless steel, or manufacturing sectors
* Knowledge of foreign trade processes and documentation
* Experience in monitoring import/export operations and documentation
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Holder of a valid Class B driver’s license; able to drive actively
* No travel restrictions for domestic and international trips
* Strong communication skills with clear diction
* Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
* Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
* Supporting management during fairs, events, and organizational processes and ensuring coordination
* Managing the manager’s daily agenda and scheduling meetings
* Handling phone calls, emails, and official correspondence
* Monitoring import/export operations and related documentation
* Organizing domestic and international travel arrangements, including visa applications, flight bookings, and hotel reservations
* Ability to follow and participate in industry-related fairs and events
