Fiba Retail is the sole authority to open and operate Marks & Spencer, Gap, Banana Republic stores in Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, and is located in 9 different cities in Turkey with a total of 81 stores.

We are looking for a high caliber member to join us as a“GAP-BR Brand Communications Supervisor” in our Head Office!

Which responsibilities does an “Brand Communications Supervisor” have?

• Monitoring the standards of reproduction for all interactive, print, audio/visual and collateral materials produced by the vendors,
• Work closely with Sales Development & Merchandising Departments for promotion purposes,
• Supervising third-party relations with advertising agencies, PR agencies and media,
• Supervising PR implementations,
• Preparing annual marketing plan, long and short term projects,
• Coordinating events such as fashion shows, receptions, etc.,
• Analyzing sponsorship opportunities and supervising the sponsorship activities,
• Preparing and analyzing marketing reports,
• Following up monthly marketing budget,
• Following up Call Center and customer enquiries and in contact with the stores,
• Following up and reporting mobile marketing applications.

What are we looking for as an “Brand Communications Supervisor”?

• 5+ years of job experience in dealing with marketing, media planning, purchasing, strategic marketing, public relations and advertising,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Strong oral and written communication skills,
• Excellent command of English,
• Ability to produce high quality work under deadline pressure,
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational and problem solving skills, and high sense of responsibility,
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegation,
• Ability to meet and exceed commitments/objectives and take ownership of marketing activities.
