Who WE are?
Fiba Retail is the sole authority to open and operate Marks & Spencer, Gap stores in Turkey and is located in 9 different cities with a total of 86 stores.
We are looking for a high caliber member to join us as a“Strategic Planning Specialist” in our Head Office!
Which responsibilities does a “Strategic Planning Specialist” have?
- Develop annual sales & margin budgets and merchandise strategy for all channels,
- Determine seasonal pricing metrics and strategies,
- Prepare daily sales and campaign plans on a monthly basis,
- Management and maintenance of OTB plans to ensure sales and margin goals are met and align with corporate financial targets,
- Perform efficiency analysis of projects, to evaluate projects on cost / benefit axis,
- Prepare financial models, benchmark, sensitivity and scenario analysis,
- Follow domestic and international trends, making inferences and reporting in accordance with the vision of the company,
- Work closely with merchandising, e-commerce, sales and finance teams and collaborate,
- Ensure all brands’ and departments’ sales and inventory levels are performing as planned; report results on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to Group Managers, GM and CEO,
- Prepare ad hoc analysis and presentations for board meetings.
What are we looking for as a “Strategic Planning Specialist”?
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Business Administration Statistics or etc.
- Min 2 years similar experience, (retail industry is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, prone to teamwork,
- Curious, love to research and have ability to understand intuition for the way that companies make decisions,
- High proficiency with MS Excel and ability to analyze large data sets, ability to collect and review data in complex spreadsheets,
- Have advanced written and verbal communication knowledge of English,
- Strong analytical skills,
- High learning agility to work on multiple projects in fast-paced environment,
- Proactive and comfortable with a high sense of responsibility and strong attention to detail.
