We are currently looking for a new member to our accountancy team who will work as ACCOUNT SPECIALIST with the following qualifications;

Qualifications

• Preferably graduated from the faculties of economics and administrative sciences, accounting departments of universities,
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Accounting,
  
• Fluent level of English is a must both written and spoken,
• Strong communication and organizational skills,
• Expert user of MS Office applications and Strong excel knowledge,
• Use Dynamics Axapta program, preferably or any other ERP,
  
• Analytical thinking, result and quality oriented approach and good communication skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Preferably resides in Çerkezköy, Kapaklı,
• Have driving license, can use active vehicle,
• Adapt to flexible working hours,
•  Have the ability of archiving and filing,
• Able to communicate with tax office, bank and other offices
• Having full competence in IFRS is a plus,
• Referances will be required,

Job Definition

1. Entrance of supplier/vendor invoices,sales invoices, records, expense reports, banking transactions into theAxapta and Link system,
   
2. Reporting of BA-BS files with tax office,
3. Preparation of cost & expense analysis requested by the Finance Manager,
   
4. Invoicing of returned goods & respective journal entries,
   
5. Archiving of the Company records,
6. Contribute to the preparation of tax returns,
7.  Have a command e-invoicing, e-ledger and VAT returns,
8. Prepering monthly financial reports for TR and DK management,
9. Preparing the annual tax declerations; VAT-1, VAT-2, Witholding, Corporate Tax etc.
10. Involving and assisting in group and statuory audits,
11. Assisting in budget process,
    
12. Applying,fillings and following certificates,forms, documents like Capacity report, TUIK reports etc.
