Finance and Accounting Team Leader

We are looking for Finance & Accounting Team Leader for our manufacturing plant

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure compliance with all general accounting activities, including tax filings, statutory reporting and bookkeeping processes.

• Lead and supervise all legal declaration processes, e-ledger and e-invoice applications, and banking transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

• Review and validate financial reports including income statements, balance sheets and trial balances, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Manage relationships with external auditors, independent financial consultants and regulatory bodies; coordinate and supervise internal and external audit activities.

• Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's financial policies, procedures and internal control framework.

• Lead, coach and develop the accounting team by setting objectives, monitoring performance and supporting professional growth.

• Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, strengthen controls and support business objectives.

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field and minimum 5 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in multinational production companies
• Knowledge of IFRS and local GAP and SAP
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Analytical, self motivated, well organized
