Qualifications;

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data,
  
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles as well as Turkish statutory book keeping for the purpose of financial analysis and reporting,
  
• Knowledge and experience of US GAAP and/or IFRS.  Sufficient knowledge and experience in compiling Turkish GAAP financial reports into the US GAAP format.  
  
• Minimum 3 years experience on the above listed tasks preferably in a reputable audit firm,
  
• Knowledge and implementation experience of Sarbanes-Oxley regulations,
  
• Experience with LBS Tiger and Hyperion (HFM) accounting and reporting systems is an asset, excellence with MS Office applications is a must.
  
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written,
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  

Job Description;

• Directly reporting to CFO;
  
• Prepares financial management reports required by the Corporate Headquarters located in the U.S.A. and other management levels in Turkey and in Europe on a timely basis.  In order to do this, converts Turkish Statutory financial reports into the US GAAP based corporate reporting formats.
  
• Continuously carries out internal audits and controls required by Sox regulations.
  
• Actively responsible for the preparation and revision of plans and budgets as well as analysing the variances and commenting on the trends.
  
• The consolidation of financial information of group companies.
  
• Timely submission of reports.
