Project Executive

We are recruiting a Project Executive on behalf of a leading non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing women's economic empowerment, entrepreneurship and inclusive participation in the workforce. Working closely with senior management, committee leaders and external stakeholders, the successful candidate will coordinate projects, programmes and committee initiatives, ensuring their effective planning, execution and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and implementation of committee work plans, ensuring timely follow-up of action items and effective engagement with Committee Chairs and members.
• Support the implementation of projects and programmes by coordinating timelines, deliverables, action plans and reporting requirements.
• Organise meetings, workshops, conferences, mentoring programmes and networking events, and prepare agendas, presentations, meeting minutes and related documentation.
• Liaise with project partners, sponsors and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication, coordination and follow-up.
• Support project monitoring and evaluation activities, including online surveys, data collection, occasional field visits, analysis and reporting.
• Work closely with the Communications team and external agencies to support the communication, promotion and visibility of projects, programmes and events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, programme management or stakeholder engagement, preferably within the non-profit, private or international development sectors.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and events simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with project management or collaboration tools is an asset.
• A proactive, solution-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
