Which tasks is the “Senior Strategy Planning Specialist'' responsible for at FLO?

• Assist formulating strategies in line with corporate goals and expectations,
• Work closely with market research team and conduct independent research to support generation of intelligence on markets and competitors,
• Support all phases of the business development initiatives including market expansion, new channel development, profitability improvement, brand acquisition and digital transformation etc.,
• Create financial models and presentations to assess new opportunities,
• Model use-cases and monetize the opportunities in digital transformation
• Play an active role in prioritized corporate projects and collaborate with senior and mid management team,
• Develop metrics for effective business performance management,
• Assist strategy development process, and ensure that the strategy is translated into operational priorities, KPIs, goals and initiatives and cascaded within the organization,
• Ensure consolidation, harmonization and activation of business plans,
• Support the implementation of strategic plan and organize strategic performance reviews,
• Meet corporate presentation and report requests of stakeholders,
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events

If you think the job description is appropriate for you and;

• Graduated from the Engineering / Economics / Business Administration departments of reputable universities,
• Preferably with 2 years of work experience,
• Previous and relevant experience in consulting is a plus,
• Advanced verbal and written knowledge of English,
• Experienced in project management,
• Preferably knowledgeable in process modeling and project
• Strong Excel reporting and analysis skills,
• Strong PowerPoint Presentation skills,
• Ability to conduct detailed data analysis (market, sales, customer) and determine actions based on analysis,
• Extremely diligent with a high attention to detail,
• Desire to work in a dynamic, result-oriented environment,
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
