HISTORY

Founded in Milano, the capital of the fashion industry, Flormar was acquired by the Şenbay Family in the year 1970 and began production in Turkey. Flormar became an indispensable brand for women with its yearly production of 120 million units, as well as its wide range of products consisting of blushes, foundations, eyeshadows, mascaras, lipsticks, nail polishes, accessories and skin care products.
Flormar, as one of the world’s leading make-up companies, also has a 21% share in the color cosmetics market of Turkey. Focusing on foreign operations since the year 2008, Flormar has covered a long distance in order to become a global brand with its 650 shops located in 250 cities in 93 countries.
Also one of the top 500 exporting companies in Turkey, Flormar provides added value to Turkey’s economy by reaching women across the world through its presence in over 40,000 retail outlets.
With its years of experience and expert staff, Flormar continues to push forward. In 2012, it signed a deal with Groupe Rocher, a leading brand worldwide, and passed on 51% of its shares. Flormar continues to grow over 20% on an annual basis, and it aims to maintain its consistent growth, aspiring to reach a retail sale value of 1.1 billion 100 million Turkish Liras by the year 2020.

As Flormar, we are looking for an "Export Operations Specialist" for our growing and highly dynamic team.
 
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent English skill, both written and spoken
  • Min 2 years’ experience in customer service or logistics field collaborative,
  • Knowledge of export procedures and regulations will be an asset
  • Advanced knowledge of MS-Office applications
  • No restrictions for travelling to abroad
  • Ability to take ownership and solve problems
  • Positive and resilient attitude
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Great teamwork skills
  • No military obligation for male candidates


İŞ TANIMI

  • Proactively ensure order processing and follow-up until the delivery to achieve OTFR (On Time Fill Rate) and OTIF (On Time In Full) targets
  • Need to have consumer oriented spirit with service as a priority in order to establish a personalized relationship with the client in order to optimize the service level
  • Will efficiently answer to the clients requirements (deadlines, shortages, information, disputes) and record, analyze and follow up the disputes situations (complains, deductions, returns etc.) in accordance with  the sales, planning and category teams, and the physical distribution
  • Have a key role to communicate towards the hierarchy in case of problems and implement adapted corrective actions and ensure the continuity of service
  • Taking part in new projects
  • Manages perfect execution in the order management process (Order to Delivery) and service performance, driving superior customer service level and customer satisfaction for all channels
  • Lead the development of value added solutions for customers from forecast planning through order execution
  • Follow new product launch, new order, promotional SKU’s ( pricing, barcode, etc.), follow up delist/switch process,
  • Take full ownership/responsibility and ensure that all back office processes from customer order receipt to shipment receipt
  • Order processing of all transaction type orders and order confirmations to customers
  • Order Backlog Management
  • Proactive order monitoring and keeping customers updated with regular information pertaining to orders and shipments
  • Follow up and organization of any kind of necessary FSC license and registration documents to have the orders released
  • Regular information exchange with sales departments
  • Following up all kinds of marketing materials  from order to shipment

More than 2 years of experience
