We are currently looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our Finance Team. The position will be located in Gölcük/Kocaeli and candidates should have the following qualifications:

• B.Sc degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering
• Advance command of written and spoken English
• Advance knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Access)
• Good at analytical thinking
• Have strong communication and coordination skills
• Being a good team player
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Carries out and controls the accounting process of raw material transactions, takes corrective action for cost effects of inaccurate transactions, ensures inventory account balances are accurately reflected to statement of financial position (balance sheet),
• Calculates and reconciles the cost provisions under his/her responsibility during month-end closing process including those outside the trial balance,
• Controls production parts, industrial materials and finished goods (vehicles) inventories, reconciles with side systems, monitors and reports aged inventory,
• Prepares cost reports for vehicles and parts including current vs. prior periods comparison and variance analysis,
• Defines and updates cost accounting information (new cost center, auxiliary account, supplier info etc.) on relevant systems,
• Books and issues invoices under Cost Accounting responsibility,
• Reconciles statement of financial position (balance sheet) accounts under his/her responsibility,
• Carries out other duties assigned within Cost Accounting department.
