Field Sales Engineer (Wheels and Castors)

FMC HR is looking for a Field Sales Engineer (FSE) for the subsidiary of our client, a German family company and one of the leading manufacturers of wheels and castors worldwide. Reporting to the Country Sales Manager, the FSE shall be responsible for all sales-related activities in Turkey. 

Key Responsibilities

• Help to expand the market position of our client continuously
• Acquire new customers, maintain existing customer relationships
• Organize field visits, provide qualified technical advice to the customers
• Observe the market and the competition continuously
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• University degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, and a strong technical understanding
• At least three years of experience in selling technical products to industrial companies
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must, German is a plus
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Conversant with MS Office applications
• High flexibility, commitment, and hands-on approach
• Advanced communication and persuasive skills
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Willingness to travel, and B-class valid driving license
• No military obligation for male candidates
