Located in the unique atmosphere of Cappadocia and inspired by the philosophy of “Exactly Like Nothing Else,” Fortuna of Cappadocia – Autograph Collection by Marriott is looking for aFront Office Supervisor to join our team.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related fields,
- Preferably experienced in international chain hotels,
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Front Office operations, with supervisory experience preferred,
- Strong knowledge of front office procedures, guest relations, and hotel operations,
- Proficient in Opera, MS Office, and hotel management systems,
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills,
- Guest-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities,
- Ability to manage daily operations and support team performance,
- Capable of adapting to a dynamic hotel operation and intensive work environment,
- Committed to Marriott International brand standards and guest satisfaction,
- Good command of English,
- Male candidates must have completed military service.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervise daily Front Office operations and ensure smooth workflow during shifts,
- Support the Front Office Manager in achieving departmental goals and maintaining service standards,
- Monitor guest check-in and check-out processes to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction,
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner,
- Coordinate reception, guest services, and concierge activities during assigned shifts,
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and Marriott International brand standards,
- Assist in training, coaching, and developing Front Office team members,
- Prepare operational reports and communicate shift information effectively,
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with other hotel departments,
- Support revenue optimization efforts and contribute to achieving departmental objectives,
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences and service excellence.
