Located in the unique atmosphere of Cappadocia and inspired by the philosophy of “Exactly Like Nothing Else,” Fortuna of Cappadocia – Autograph Collection by Marriott is looking for a  Revenue and Credit Supervisor to join our team.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields,
• Preferably experienced in international chain hotels, with a minimum of 2–4 years of experience in revenue and credit operations,
• Strong knowledge of revenue control, credit tracking, collection processes, and financial reporting,
• Proficient in Opera, Micros, and MS Office applications,
• Experienced in financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting processes,
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team,
• Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage time efficiently,
• Committed to Marriott International brand standards and ethical business practices,
• Good command of English,
• Male candidates must have completed military service.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Control and verify all hotel revenue records and prepare daily revenue reports,
• Monitor credit accounts and manage collection processes effectively,
• Ensure invoices, payments, and reconciliation processes are completed accurately and on time,
• Carry out all revenue and credit operations in line with Marriott International standards,
• Work in close coordination with the finance department and operational teams,
• Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports,
• Monitor guest accounts, agency payments, and company receivable accounts,
• Maintain accurate documentation and organized financial records,
• Apply control procedures to minimize revenue loss and contribute to process improvements.
