GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably graduated from Tourism and Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Services, or related fields,
• Preferably experienced in international chain hotels, restaurants, or luxury hospitality establishments,
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position,
• Strong communication and guest relations skills,
• Guest-oriented mindset with a passion for service excellence,
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards,
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment,
• Excellent organizational and time management skills,
• Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude,
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills,
• Good command of English,
• Male candidates must have completed military service.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional food and beverage service,
• Present menus, provide detailed information about menu items, and make recommendations when required,
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently,
• Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards and service procedures,
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to requests and inquiries,
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations,
• Prepare and maintain dining areas in accordance with hygiene and presentation standards,
• Process guest bills and payments accurately,
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and Marriott International brand standards,
• Contribute to exceptional dining experiences through attentive and personalized service.
