We are seeking a Mice Director to lead our MICE team at FOX DMC. This role is pivotal in orchestrating and managing meetings, incentives, conferences, and events (MICE) with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a proven track record in event management. You will be responsible for leading a team, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the successful execution of events that meet client expectations and company standards.

• Bachelor's degree from relevant university departments.
• Minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 25 years of experience in a Mice Director position.
• Advanced proficiency in English is must, not negotiable. 
• Experience in the Tourism / Hospitality sector is essential.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.

• Lead and manage the MICE team to ensure the successful planning and execution of events.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the MICE offerings and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored event solutions.
• Oversee the budgeting, planning, and execution of events to ensure they meet financial and quality standards.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage client relationships and track event progress.
• Implement effective purchasing management strategies to optimize event resources.
• Apply analytical thinking to assess event performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate clear and effective verbal communication with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Ensure corporate communication standards are maintained throughout all events.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into event planning.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and encourage professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in event management.
