Frances is looking for a Senior Business Development & Sales Executive to take responsibility for new client acquisition and new business development.

Since 1994, Frances has been designing and producing physical brand experiences for global brands such as Hermès, Chanel, Cartier, Sephora, Bosch and Siemens. From high-end retail environments and window displays to POS materials, fixtures and custom production, we bring brands' ideas to life through design, production and implementation.

We are looking for someone who will focus on bringing new clients and new business to Frances, rather than managing an existing customer portfolio.

Responsibilities;

• Identify and target potential new clients and business opportunities
• Build and manage your own prospect list and continuously develop new leads
• Identify and reach the right decision-makers across marketing, retail, procurement, visual merchandising and brand teams
• Arrange and conduct client meetings and field visits
• Understand client needs and identify opportunities where Frances' capabilities can add value
• Manage the sales process from first contact through presentation, proposal, negotiation and closing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Work closely with Frances' design, production and project teams to develop solutions for clients
• Represent Frances at client meetings, industry events and relevant networking opportunities
• Manage and regularly report your sales pipeline
• Take responsibility for new business development and revenue generation

We are looking for;

• 7+ years of experience in B2B sales and/or business development
• A proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating new business
• Experience in luxury/premium retail, cosmetics, FMCG, fashion, technology, advertising, brand experience, visual merchandising, retail/store development, POP/display or similar project-based sectors is a strong plus
• A strong network and established relationships with global, premium or luxury brands
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills
• Confidence in approaching and communicating with senior decision-makers
• Strong commercial awareness and a results-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage the sales process from opportunity to closing
• Fluent English is strongly preferred
