Your role:

We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative colleague to join our team as part of Supply Chain Department. This position reports to the Supply Chain Manager and is located in Manisa, Turkey.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Supervise and lead the warehouse workers, and plan and assign daily tasks and responsibilities to the members to ensure efficient and timely results. 
• Responsible for physical inventory, goods receiving, and storage as well as the service to customers.  
• Responsible for ensuring the customer needs and expectations.
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of people within the warehouse function, to ensure company’s targets and objectives are met.  
• Conducts finished goods warehouse shipment activities and ensures the general operation and order of the finished goods warehouse, 
• Keeps track of finished goods warehouse stocks, 
• Plans and lead regular or irregular stock counts and reports the results. 
• Ensures coordination of the preparation and shipment stages of products, and checks the quality and quantity of the products to be shipped, 
• Responsible for receiving and informing about returned products. 
• Ensures delivery invoices are done correctly and on time, 
• Directing, managing and supporting the employees in the team, ensuring attendance and discipline  
• Provide performance feedback and support to workforce, fostering a positive and productive work environment. 
• Monitor and enforce health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations, 
• Be responsible for the trainings and development of personnel, 
• Take an active role in improvement efforts, 
• Follow and implement the operating processes and the SAP infrastructure in the warehouse. 
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and carrying out improvement studies 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree from Logistics, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related departments 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse,
• Good knowledge of local health and safety regulations and quality standards
• Proactively drive for results and strong can-do attitude 
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic, simultaneously.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Being sensitive about deadlines and making plans to achieve goals
