We're hiring for the Accounting & Finance Department of our hotel Fraser Place Anthill Istanbul in Bomonti/Şişli. Here are the requierements:

• Graduated from the related departments of the colleges.
• Min. 3 years of experience as Income Crontroller in the hospitality and accommodation industry. 
• Good level of English knowledge and speaking/writing ability.
• Thrives on taking responsibilities.
• Male attendants should be completed their compulsory military services. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Control and account the transactions done by the Front Office
• Control the flow of the daily incomes to the accounting system.
• Follow the A/Ps'
• Set and issue the documents such as invoices etc. 
• Account reconciliation and resolving differences, ensure the completion by informing the department head about the accounts which has a reconciliation problem with the companies and travelling agencies which works with credits. 
• Control the "Guest Ledger Balance"
• Control the reports, folios and back ups'; follow the cashier transactions, prepare the daily income report,.
• Follow and transcription of the payments via the POS device, transfering/EFT 
• Make the calculations, transcriptions and corrections in order to obtaining financial datas to be used on the accounting logs. 
• Transcription of all these transactions, filing and organising related documents regularly. 
• Prepare all of the end of the month reports.
• Control the invoices Z reports of the restaurant..
