About Job
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Printing Technology, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on B2B sales experience
- Experience within the packaging industry working through distribution
- Demonstrated expertise with UV based inks and coatings used in packaging
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven success in customer-facing technical roles, including managing complex technical accounts and projects independently
- Prior experience in the ink, coatings, or specialty chemicals industry strongly preferred
- Customer oriented mindset with good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Flexibility for frequent travelling abroad
Job Description :
- Meet or exceed all established sales objectives and goals for assigned territory
- Coordinate sales activities in the assigned geographic territory to promote sales and deliver growth targets
- Understand and communicate customer needs to related colleagues to foster customer intimacy
- Foster collaboration within production team and key stakeholders, including channel partners to solve customer problems and deliver innovative solutions
- Develop and maintain opportunity for the assigned territory
- Effectively maintain customer data in CRM system
