 For our Leading Technology and Communication Partner, we are seeking for

·       Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering or IT equivalent by experience

·       Working knowledge of SQL Databases & Unix/Linux commands

·       Ability to learn and master employer-specific software

·       Analytical thinking and complex problem solving

·       Written and verbal communication skills

·       Ability to diagnose & address application issues

·       Eager to learn, dynamic and good team player

·       Understanding and strong interest in IT processes

·       Programming and shell scripting experience is a plus

·       ITIL process experience is a plus

·       2 years experience in IT field is a plus

Job Description

Coordination and execution of daily IT activity and IT implementation activity within business area and ongoing support

Provide L1&L2 support and be responsible for the day to day running of the IT applications and infrastructure for the operations   

Delivery of customer and business unit IT requirements in line with Gantek IT policies and procedures.

Ensuring engagement of customer, business resources & delivery of results. 

Daily IT activity and active execution of IT implementation activity including a hands on approach.

To be actively involved in continuous improvement for the Business Unit

Working closely with the Customer departments and responsible to be on site activities.

Managing the performance of the IT Projects against SLA. 

Manage change requests through user requirements, specification, cost approval, development, testing documentation updates and implementation (if required)

Active participation in program enhancement solutions through to design and implementation by working proactively with the Business Unit
