The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment. Job location is at Turkey Technology Center, Gebze.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Execute with limited guidance the analysis / evaluation of assigned projects that meet business standards, practices and procedures and the product / program requirements
- Recommend approach to meet the technical and program requirements
- Formulate and implement plans to achieve technical requirements, schedules and contract commitments
- Develop action plans to anticipate and respond to problems
- Provide technical guidance to other personnel and assigned teams as well as hands on individual engagement; mentor others in the organization
- Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures
- Monitor and communicate project status, business issues and significant developments
- Lead or participate in organizational efforts in assigned projects and/or tasks
- Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews
Qualifications/Requirements:
- BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering
- At least 8 years of experience in Aviation Engineering position, hands on experience in engine design
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Proficient in the use of engineering software. (such as NX and ANSYS)

- Proven self-starter and quick learner who can work with cross-functional teams.
- Taken courses in Advanced Mechanical Design, Elasticity, Modal Analysis, Advanced Vibrations and Fatigue Analysis.
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensional and Tolerancing)
