QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry,
• Minimum 6 years of experience in analytical laboratories within the pharmaceutical industry,
• Proven leadership experience and strong managerial skills,
• Solid knowledge of cGMP, cGLP, and SAP systems,
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,
• Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset,
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure full and effective implementation of GMP requirements as defined by the Ministry of Health,
• Manage all aspects of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance in the responsible area,
• Ensure operations are in line with local legislation, internal guidelines/procedures, and business continuity standards,
• Organize emergency preparedness efforts according to global and local requirements,
• Plan and supervise sampling and laboratory analysis of finished products,
• Review, evaluate, and approve analysis results,
• Perform SAP-based release of finished products,
• Report laboratory data to the Quality Control Manager,
• Lead laboratory investigations and ensure accurate root cause analysis,
• Support team members to complete all analysis and documentation in a timely and accurate manner,
• Safeguard the confidentiality of documents and analytical methods,
• Contribute to cost-saving and efficiency improvement projects,
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management in accordance with methods, procedures, and workflows.
