For our Client Solutions Department; we are looking for a Client Solutions Junior Specialist

with below mentioned qualifications :

· Having a university or master degree from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad (Preferably Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc.),

· Having at least 2 years of experience, preferably in Consumer Electronics sector (TV, Mobile phones, Tablets, laptops etc.)

· Client-oriented and flexible,

· Ability to work under pressure and with strict deadlines

· Having an analytical approach and proactive problem solving skills,

· Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills,

· Advanced reporting and presentation skills,

· Advanced use of MS office programmes,

· Excellent command of written and spoken English,

· Living in Istanbul

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Client Solutions Junior Specialist is a role, combining aspects of sales and marketing, as well as market research responsibilities. This includes sound data analysis and interpretation, prompt response to client queries and client management. The role demands exemplary client servicing skills.
