Role Summary

As a Business Development Manager your mission is to grow the Tack TMI business in Türkiye by researching ideal customer profiles, creating a compelling value proposition, building strong relationships, developing opportunities, and successfully negotiating and closing deals. You will collaborate closely with our Trainers to deliver high-impact learning experiences that help clients improve business results through people development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by developing new business and expanding existing accounts (hunting & farming).
  • Define and execute account and territory plans aligned with Tack TMI Türkiye and country strategy.
  • Prospect and build pipeline: research target organizations, engage buying centers and generate a predictable sales funnel.
  • Opportunity management: qualify opportunities, run discovery, identify client objectives/challenges, and shape commercially viable solutions with internal experts.
  • Prepare proposals and manage end-to-end deal cycle (pricing, commercial offers, negotiation, closing) ensuring profitable margins.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers to maximize lifetime value and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with solution design, trainers, project management, operations and post-sales support to ensure quality delivery within agreed timelines.
  • Monitor market trends and build networks with institutions/associations to stay current and create new business connections.
  • Identify multi-country opportunities and proactively support international contracts where relevant.
  • Report performance to the line manager through regular sales activity and results reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
  • Min. 5 years’ experience selling solutions/services, preferably in Training & Development / L&D (digital sales experience is a plus).
  • Strong customer orientation and the ability to build credibility quickly.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, proactively and with persistence to deliver results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen: pricing discipline, margin focus, and effective time management.
  • Able to understand client needs, translate them into tailored learning solutions, and balance short-term wins with long-term value creation.
  • Comfortable working under pressure; resilient, organized, self-motivated and flexible.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
