Sales Engineer

GIDATEK Makine Tic. Ltd. Şti., the Turkish subsidiary of Process-Pack International GmbH, a 100% German-owned company, is looking for a team member to join our Field Sales organization. 

Our company operates in the food processing and packaging materials industry, providing innovative solutions and high-quality equipment to leading manufacturers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years and maximum 10 years of active field sales experience
• Good command of English
• No travel restrictions
• Valid driver's license and active driving experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Outgoing, target-oriented, and results-driven personality
  
  

Roles and Responsibilities

• Increase the sales volume of machinery and packaging materials within our product portfolio
• Develop existing customer accounts and acquire new customers
• Analyze customer needs and provide suitable products and solutions
• Conduct field visits to manage and strengthen customer relationships
• Manage the quotation, order, and sales processes from start to finish
• Perform market and competitor analyses and contribute to sales strategies
• Take the necessary actions to achieve assigned sales targets
