We are looking for a qualified IT Manager to join our Information Technology Department.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree within information technology specialization,
• Advanced English language skills,
• At least 5 years of management experience,
• Ability to coordinate and motivate a team,
• Proven experience in digital transformation, AI adoption, process automation, or innovation programs,
• Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to align technology investments with strategic business objectives,
• Experience supporting business integration activities during mergers and acquisitions is an advantage,
• Ability to build business cases and demonstrate ROI from technology initiatives,
• Excellent knowledge of modern information technologies and products, and the ability to use them in practice,
• Experience in developing company infrastructure, user technical support policies, and managing information security and technical security systems,
• 7-10 years of experience in the Information Technology field,
• Exhaustive knowledge of network technologies, network devices and tools,
• Knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems,
• Technical experience with Microsoft Windows OS Family, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP,
• General knowledge of the principles of Cloud Services (MS Azure, AWS, Google), SQL Server, HTTP, SIP, TCP/IP,
• Backup systems knowledge,
• Experience in IT security and/or providing IT security operations management,
• Experience in auditing of IT,
• Experience in security systems including antimalware, firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, DMZ, web application firewalls, VPN, Zero-Trust, cloud technologies, etc.
• IT budget management experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy and operational excellence objectives.
• Lead adoption of Artificial Intelligence, automation, and data-driven solutions to improve productivity, efficiency, and business decision-making.
• Identify and implement innovation opportunities that create measurable business value, cost savings, and process optimization.
• Act as a strategic technology partner to business leadership, translating business needs into scalable digital solutions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and AI-enabled ways of working across business and support functions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technology-enabled growth opportunities and new revenue streams.
• Ensure all IT initiatives are outcome-oriented, delivering measurable business impact, operational efficiency, risk reduction, or revenue growth.
• Drive data and analytics capabilities to enable fact-based decision-making and performance improvement.
• Monitor emerging technologies, market trends, and industry innovations, recommending initiatives that strengthen business competitiveness and customer value.
• Adherence to global company policies, development and updating of local procedures and documentation based on global and local company policies.
• Implementation of global company projects within the department.
• Conducting an IT audit within the department, recommending changes and selection of IT personnel.
• Planning the development of the department's information systems.
• Managing the development, implementation, and further development of information systems within the department.
• Preparing and implementing the department's IT budget.
• Ensuring the integrity of the department's information infrastructure.
• Implementing a set of measures to protect information and its integrity.
• Researching and analyzing technologies and trends.
• Monitoring communication costs and negotiating with suppliers.
• Organizing the acquisition of software and hardware.
• Organizing support and training for department personnel and users.
