Budget & Financial Analysis Leader

We are looking for a Budget & Financial Analysis Manager to join our Finance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s budgeting and financial analysis processes, preparing management reports, monitoring financial performance, and providing accurate and insightful analysis to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the annual budgeting process, including budget preparation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Prepare and monitor monthly budget vs. actual analyses and provide insights into significant variances.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages and financial performance reports.
• Support pricing and pricing analysis activities.
• Establish, maintain, and improve Profit Center and Cost Center structures.
• Work closely with different departments throughout the budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Prepare financial and commercial reports requested by internal departments, customers, and suppliers.
• Support financial projects and the integration of financial data into relevant systems.
• Analyze financial data and provide management with actionable insights to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, financial planning, or management reporting.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, profitability analysis, and management reporting.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into meaningful business insights.
• Advanced MS Excel skills or Visual Basic for Application (VBA) programming.
• Experience in preparing budget vs. actual analyses and management reports.
• Experienced in IFRS-based reporting.
• Experienced with ERP and/or financial reporting systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and results-driven approach.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Good command of English.
