Healthcare industry is transforming, and we are at the forefront of it!  We are looking for a Content Strategist to serve as the architect and voice of our brand. You will be responsible for creating compelling written content across all platforms while collaborating with our external agency partners to bring your strategic vision to life through visuals and video. Work Your Way: We offer full flexibility—work from home or join us in our Istanbul office whenever you feel like connecting in person.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, and edit high-quality long-form and short-form content (blog posts, website copy, emails, newsletters, etc.) that aligns with our business goals.

• Ensure all written content is meticulously optimized for search and AI discovery engines (e.g., Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGBT) in terms of SEO and GEO perspective 

• Utilize tools such as Semrush and AI technologies to enhance content strategies.

• Act as the lead for our creative agency. You will translate your written strategy into clear, actionable briefs for video and visual asset production.

• Ensure our tone remains natural, balanced, and authentic, avoiding standardized marketing fluff while maintaining medical credibility.

• Monitor content effectiveness across all platforms and use data to refine our strategy and future written assets.

• Oversee the visual and video output, brief our creative agency to ensure all assets are aligned with your content strategy and brand voice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or digital journalism (Healthcare background is highly preferred).

• A portfolio demonstrating your ability to write clear, authoritative, and empathetic content in English.

• Deep understanding of SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) trends.

• Advanced level of English and proficiency in Turkish

• Exceptional storytelling, editing, and critical thinking skills.
