Finance and Treasury Manager

The Role
We are looking for a Finance and Treasury Manager to join our team, reporting to the Fiance Affairs Director. In this role, you will be responsible for the Group's cash flow planning, banking relationships, and funding strategies. You will work in close coordination with the Budgeting and Accounting departments, providing financial analysis and decision-support reports to senior management and the Board.

This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and operational execution. You will be at the center of financial decision-making, ensuring that the Group's liquidity and funding needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities

•         Manage daily and weekly cash flow, preparing short-term surplus and deficit projections.
•        Develop financial plans and measures to maintain optimal liquidity levels.
•        Manage relationships with banks, leasing companies, funds, and other financial institutions.
•         Oversee the allocation of credit limits, pricing, collateral structures, and contract processes.
•        Research and develop new funding sources aligned with the Group's strategy.
•        Analyze refinancing opportunities and implement cost-effective solutions.
•        Analyze financial risks, particularly FX and interest rate positions, and present recommendations to management.
•       Regularly monitor receivables, inventory, and debt levels, and develop actions to enhance liquidity.
•        Ensure effective management and regular reporting of financing costs and credit expenses.
•        Prepare short, medium, and long-term cash plans and present them to senior management.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

•       Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
•       MBA, CPA, CFA, or other postgraduate degrees/certifications are a plus.
•        Minimum of 10–12 years of professional experience in finance.
•        At least 3 years of this experience should be at the Finance Manager / Treasury Manager level within a holding company, group of companies, or large-scale organization
•         Experience in IPO readiness, capital markets regulations, and investor relations processes is preferred.

Technical Skills:

•      Advanced proficiency in Excel.
•      Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP or Oracle).
•        Strong competencies in financial analysis, cash management, and risk management.
•       Ability to prepare financial reports and presentations for the Board and senior management.
