Global Trade & Operations Responsible

In our growing organization, we are looking for an experienced Global Trade & Operations Responsible who will manage both the Export Sales Team and Foreign Trade Operations with an efficiency-oriented approach.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

This position sits at the center of the company’s commercial flow. We expect you to balance sales and operations to ensure smooth business continuity.

Foreign Trade Operations Management:

 Ensuring all export processes (customs, transport, documentation) from order confirmation to final delivery are executed flawlessly and in compliance with regulations.

Logistics & Cost Optimization:

Planning transport processes while balancing cost/performance, managing freight negotiations, and optimizing logistics expenses.

Cross-Departmental Coordination: Acting as a bridge between Sales, Production, and Finance departments to ensure adherence to deadlines (lead times) and cash flow plans.

Commercial Risk Management:

Managing risks related to payment methods (L/C, CAD, etc.) and contracts, and guiding the sales team to ensure timely collections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.).
• Experience in both Export Sales Management and Foreign Trade Operations (Preferably in the manufacturing sector).
• Fluent in English (capable of conducting commercial negotiations and managing a global team).
• Strong technical knowledge of Logistics, Customs Regulations, and Incoterms.
• High reporting skills; ability to track processes with data and present regular reports to senior management.
• Strong problem-solving skills; able to remain calm and solution-oriented during crises.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Konya.
