Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main HR contact for employees and managers, providing timely and effective support
• Partner with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives
• Lead, coach, and develop the HR team, ensuring high performance and engagement
• Build strong collaboration with regional HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Proactively identify organizational risks and implement actions to improve employee engagement and retention
• Manage and support key recruitment processes, especially for leadership roles
• Guide managers in decision-making related to performance, development, and employee relations
• Drive performance management practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Develop talent pipelines and succession plans for key positions
• Oversee learning and development initiatives and ensure execution of annual training plans
• Monitor compensation trends and contribute to salary review and benchmarking processes
• Assess organizational design and recommend structural improvements
• Support budgeting and workforce planning activities
• Contribute actively to the broader HR leadership team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• 10–15 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to business partnering roles
• Proven experience in managing and leading HR teams
• Solid understanding of labor legislation and HR practices
• Fluent English (advanced level required)
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence, challenge, and support senior leaders
• Results-driven with strong analytical thinking
