QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for International Logistics Manager at Head Office in Istanbul.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related disciplines,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • At least 10 years of experience in large-scale projects, international projects and similar positions,
  • Preferably worked in the field of construction and contracting,
  • Knowledgeable about multimodal logistics processes, customs clearance and delivery methods, 
  • Ability to use MS Office and ERP systems and databases,
  • Took part in development and digitalization projects of logistics processes,
  • Developed process management skills, 
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration,
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Creating and coordinating the operation of logistics policies, procedures and support plans,
  • Preparing the logistics budget and taking part in managing supplier payments,
  • Researching the logistics and customs legislation of export countries, to hold meetings with relevant institutions, to ensure the most appropriate logistics flow, managing logistics operations,
  • For import & export, choosing the most suitable supplier, shipping cost, delivery time,
  • Ensuring that transportation organizations comply with customs legislation, document control for import & export and providing insurance transactions,
  • To preserve all documents and documents related to logistics operations,
  • Following possible incentive and export credit bank processes,
  • Editing and publishing logistics reports.
