Product Supply Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order, purchase approval, and order planning processes of the assigned global brands through SAP,
• Follow the entire operational process of imported products, from order placement through customs warehouse and stock availability,
• Execute and monitor import, customs warehouse/depot, intercompany transfer, and intra-group sales processes through SAP,
• Perform the necessary calculations for the transfer processes of global products through the warehouse and ensure that all transactions are completed accurately and without errors,
• Monitor stock levels, conduct stock analyses, and take action based on business needs,
• Plan stock allocation across sales channels,
• Support the preparation of purchasing and sales budgets and create new orders based on business needs,
• Identify operational issues that may arise throughout the processes, develop solutions, and coordinate with relevant teams,
• Work closely with IT, Import, Warehouse/Depot, and other relevant teams,
• Participate in regular meetings with international teams, share information regarding processes, communicate needs and expectations, and contribute to problem-solving efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field,
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar position,
• Strong SAP knowledge, particularly in purchasing, ordering, stock management, transfer, and other related operational processes,
• Previous experience in import operations and a solid understanding of import processes,
• Experience in retail, merchandising, planning, or supply chain operations,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel,
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy,
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills,
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with different teams,
• Good written and spoken English; able to communicate effectively in meetings with international teams and follow up on business processes,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple processes simultaneously,
