We are looking for an experienced Safety and FDM Chief specialized in airline safety and compliance management for our company operating in the aviation industry.

General Qualifications:

• We would prefer a university degree in statistics, aeronautical engineering, mathematics, mathematical engineering, software engineering, computer engineering and industrial engineering.
• Additionally, candidates should have at least 3 years of work experience in a similar position in the Civil Aviation sector 
• To have knowledge and experience about IOSA processes.
• Preferably, the candidate should have knowledge and experience in FDM software, specifically Aerobytes.
• The candidate should have received ISO 9001 Quality Systems and Internal Auditor training.
• The candidate should have knowledge and experience in Emergency Action Plans.
• Familiarity with Fatigue Management Systems is desirable.
• The candidate should have knowledge and experience in Safety Management Systems (SMS).
• The ideal candidate should have experience in aircraft inspections, including product and ramp inspections.
• They should also possess qualities such as responsibility, teamwork, openness to continuous improvement, and initiative-taking.
• A trainer's training certificate is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs, 
• Analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are required.
• To be successful in human relations and to be prone to teamwork
• Attention to detail and high motivation
• Additionally, a good command of written and spoken English, including Aviation English, is required.
• The successful candidate must be able to relocate to Antalya.

Responsibilities:

Include managing the Safety Management System (SMS), Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS), and Flight Data Monitoring (FDM), as well as maintaining daily activities.

• Conducting statistical and analytical studies
• Ensuring regular information flow within the authority and the organisation
• Preparing, following up on, and updating documents
• Coordinating relevant meetings and following up on decisions
• Monitoring Safety Performance Indicators
• Creating and delivering relevant training
• Carrying out and monitoring risk assessments
