Sales Engineer

 We are a multinational production company in Packaging Industry located in Tuzla - Istanbul. We are looking for a candidate who will has a chance to get career opportunities  as aSales Engineer.

 Job Description:

•       Execute the sales strategy/target, as well as plan and carry out the sales forecast and the business plan within the area of responsibility
•       Observation and analysis of markets, competitors and customers to develop and implement in agreement with marketing measures to improve sales performance
•       Cooperation and teamwork with technology to establish high performance teams to develop innovative products and services
•       Negotiate and maintain contracts within the authority taking into account the guidelines and margins
•       Monitoring of contract conditions, payment terms and sales figures
•       Execute customer claims to provide optimized sale and technical solutions and maximize customer satisfaction
•       Generate the necessary sales reports

Qualifications:

•       University degree in Engineering
•       Minimum 5 years of experience in sales function - preferably in chemical, packaging or consumables industry
•       Strong negotiation skills and analytical problem solving ability
•       Team player, good communicator, dynamic, goal oriented, highly flexible and hardworking
•       Excellent client-facing communication skills
•       SAP knowledge is a must
•       Ability to handle responsibility
•       No military obligation for male candidates
•        Fluency in both written and verbal English
•       Have no obstacle to travel
