Supplier Quality Engineer

We are looking for a " Supplier Quality Engineer " with the following qualifications to be assigned to our new factory to be opened in Bergama.

If you have,

• Bachelor's degree in engineering departments
• Minimum 3 years of automotive industry-relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of the certification of  IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001
• Knowledge of basic Q-Tools (FMEA, SPC, CP, MSA, etc) and customer requirements (PPAP, APQP, VDA etc.)
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Knowledge on Problem solving tools (6 Sigma, 8D, FTA, Ishikawa, 5why etc.)
• Dynamic, team player, good communication skills, strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Having B Class Drivers license and being an active driver
• Availability to travel and work with different locations
• No military obligation for male candidates

The duties you will be responsible for when you joined our new factory to be opened in Bergama as a "Supplier Quality Engineer ";

• Monitoring/Collecting/Analyzing supplier issues and performances
• Managing SMRR&PPAP activites
• Improving the supplier quality performance by working with them
• Managing supplier related issues such as claims, notifications and quality trials
• Managing & evaluating supplier 8D’s, Leading problem solving activities
• Support monitoring, evaluation, analysis and improvement of quality KPIs and lead improvement projects
• Participating in daily performance meetings to follow up daily quality performance and initiate improvement Projects
• Leading the team who is reporting to Supplier Quality Engineer position
• Ensuring and monitoring the internal implementation of Quality Management system
• Periodically check the validity of system documents and manage the document control and archiving process
• Comply with the requirements of IATF 16949 & VDA 6.3 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 and ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System
• Managing of the Certification and Customer Audits
