Role Purpose
We are looking for a technically strong Procurement & Logistics Specialist to support strategic sourcing, supplier relations, international purchasing processes, logistics operations, and material delivery activities for complex industrial engineering projects.
This role will contribute to the coordination between engineering, planning, manufacturing, and site teams, playing an active part in ensuring the smooth progress of projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding technical processes, effectively following operational workflows, and demonstrating strong communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end procurement processes for project-based industrial purchases
- Conduct supplier research and support the development of local and international supplier networks
- Support quotation collection, price comparison, and cost analysis activities
- Track supplier performance, quality compliance, and documentation processes
- Support transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, and delivery operations
- Follow domestic and international logistics processes, including Incoterms and shipping documentation
- Coordinate with site and planning teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Coordinate with finance and accounting teams for import/export documentation and payment processes
- Support operational communication between procurement, engineering, planning, logistics, and site teams
- Assist in preparing procurement and logistics reports
- Contribute to process improvement and standardization initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
- Technical background in maintenance and repair processes
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment and machinery
- Preferably a graduate of Engineering disciplines
- Experience in procurement or logistics within industrial projects
- Basic understanding of international purchasing and logistics operations
- Knowledge of Incoterms, import/export procedures, customs processes, and shipping documentation
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Good command of English
- Ability to work in execution-heavy, project-driven environments
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong team player
- Class B driving license and active driving ability
