Glasstech Refractory is a leading contractor specializing in glass furnace projects, with over 24 years of experience and expertise across 11 countries. The company specializes in the construction, repair, and installation of float glass, container glass, fiberglass, soda ash, and tableware glass furnaces, with capacities ranging from 50 to 1,200 tons per day. Our services include cold repairs, hot repairs, glass-to-glass conversions, turnkey furnace installations, and furnace steel structure supply.

We are looking for an SPM (Site Project Management) Manager who will take full ownership of our site operations. This role is responsible for leading, coordinating, and managing all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Do
- Manage all on-site activities (technical, operational, administrative).
- Lead field engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure seamless coordination with HSE, HR, logistics, and PMO.
- Represent Glasstech to customer site teams with full responsibility.
- Oversee planning, reporting, execution, and safety compliance.
Who You Are
- 5+ years’ experience in site-based industrial projects (preferably glass, cement, steel).
- Fluent in English.
- Strong leadership & problem-solving prowess.
- Ability to think big picture, anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions.
- Stellar communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- You don’t see site work as a phase, but as your professional identity.
