About the job (Wind Energy – Installation Projects)Location: Türkiye (Nationwide Site-Based Role)About the RoleWe are looking for a Site MANAGER to support and coordinate wind turbine installation activities across Türkiye. This role is ideal for candidates who are experienced in site operations and enjoy working closely with field teams in dynamic environments.The Site Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring that daily site activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of all on-site installation activities.
- Work closely with Supervisors and technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor site activities and ensure compliance withHSE and quality standards.
- Assist in resolving on-site issues and escalate when necessary.
- Prepare and follow up on key documentation, including:
- Work Instructions
- Method Statements
- Daily/weekly reports
- Coordinate subcontractors and maintain effective communication with client representatives.
- Track site progress and support reporting to management.
- Ensure proper handover documentation at project completion.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or relevant technical background).
- Minimum 4–6 years of site experience, preferably inwind energy or similar industries.
- Familiarity with electrical and hydraulic systems/diagrams.
- Hands-on experience in installation or construction site environments.
- GWO certification is preferred.
- Good command of English.
- Willingness to travel and work on different sites across Türkiye.
