Why This Role Matters

As Sales Representative, Commercial Replacement, you will be responsible from a specific region, includingSamsun, Trabzon, Erzurum, Çorum, Rize, and surrounding provinces. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding market presence.

You will join a dynamic and experienced team within a globally recognized and trusted organization, offering an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about business development and eager to further enhance their expertise in a collaborative and international environment.

What You'll Do

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with existing dealers and support their ongoing development

  • Thoughtfully identify and welcome new dealers—across all brands, consumer groups, and commercial segments—while respectfully phasing out partnerships that are no longer active

  • Maintain a consistent presence with dealers in your region to ensure supportive, effective management

  • Encourage dealer success by monitoring performance with care, offering constructive feedback, and providing engaging training for their sales teams

  • Stay closely connected to market dynamics by observing trends and competition, including local sales initiatives and marketing activities, and sharing insights with the team

  • Communicate marketing and trade marketing activities effectively, ensuring dealers are well informed and supported throughout the implementation process

  • Contribute to the achievement of financial and market-share goals through a balanced, relationship-driven approach

What You'll Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree, ideally in business administration and/or engineering.

  • Preferably 3–7 years of sales experience within a related industry.

  • Experience in customer relationship management

  • Clear and empathetic communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Confidence using MS Office applications.

  • Fluency in Turkish and English

  • To have a B-type driver’s license and ideally residing in Samsun
