We are seeking a 1-Year Project-Base Contracted Buyer for our global business partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and purchasing for new product projects
• Negotiate price, lead time, MOQ, Incoterms and payment terms.
• Create, release and monitor purchase orders in line with supply and production plans.
• Ensure material availability to support operational and production requirements.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and drive corrective actions when required.
• Resolve supply shortages, delivery issues and material availability risks.
• Identify and implement alternative sourcing solutions to mitigate supply disruptions.
• Maintain accurate material and procurement master data within SAP.
• Analyze supply chain performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain or Operations roles.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
• Experience working in ERP systems; SAP knowledge is highly preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Results-oriented, proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
